Recorded live during one of her captivating performances at Al Ain Mall, Diana Susanti, drawing inspiration from the incredible Indonesian Jazz prodigy Joey Alexander, delivered a mesmerizing rendition of the classic Jazz-Bebop masterpiece by the legendary Thelonious Sphere Monk (1917-1982), titled “Criss Cross.” In her unique style, Susan infused the piece with joyous energy that allowed any sorrow to dissipate gracefully through her brilliant improvisation.
